In this position you are the first point of contact for our customers, you know how to recognize commercial opportunities without difficulty and respond to them. Moreover, you are the one with technical knowledge who can advise customers about both our products and services. In addition to helping your own customers, you also support the account managers in the field by, among other things, following up on leads and processing orders, so that together you exceed customer expectations. In short, your tasks as an internal OEM commercial employee are:

Building and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers
Supporting field account managers
Following up and processing orders
Following up on leads (supported by our CRM package) from marketing
Responding to trends and developments in the market
Working towards achieving personal and business objectives

Your working environment
The team in Eindhoven consists of account managers, commercial employees and sales assistants. Together, these approximately 26 colleagues serve customers from industry, panel and machine construction, among others. As a new colleague you will end up in a close-knit team consisting of various people who are all very helpful and always there for each other. Partly because of this, you will quickly master all the tricks of the trade and together we will ensure that you feel at home with us and in the high-tech market in no time!

What are you bringing?

A completed MBO or HBO education in technology
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (office)
