Exhibitor badges
You can register your stand crew via My Easyfairs, approximately four weeks before the start of the fair. Your stand crew will then receive a confirmation giving them access to the exhibition floor. If you would like your stand crew to continue eating in the exhibitor restaurant, your stand includes two dinner vouchers for three days. You can collect these vouchers at reception. You can order additional dinner vouchers via My Easyfairs.
My Easyfairs
After registering as an exhibitor of METAVAK you will receive your login details for My Easyfairs. Here you can place additional orders, such as electricity or furniture. In My Easyfairs you will also find your stand number and the exhibitor handbook with all important stand construction information and deadlines.
Parking
As an exhibitor, you will receive two exhibitor badges as standard, including a parking pass for the exhibition week. An exit ticket is available for a fee for visitors and additional stand crew.
