My Easyfairs
My Easyfairs is your personal company profile on the event website where you are already visible prior to the fair. Here you can also find all documents to prepare for your participation, including the exhibitor handbook. You can also easily place orders for your stand via My Easyfairs.
How does it work?
As a participant, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration for the fair, containing all the information you need to make optimal use of My Easyfairs. Visitors to the website can get to know your company at a glance via the list of participants. They click on your company name and find your company details, products and news. You manage this information and data yourself via My Easyfairs. Information that you post about your latest innovations and products can be read by visitors on the exhibition website. It is therefore up to you how much information you share (prior to the event) with visitors to the website.
Invitation Service
Be quick, because your contact list (max. 2,000 addresses) must be uploaded via My Easyfairs no later than July 24, 2023. Would you like to provide more addresses? This can be done in consultation. If you have any questions, please contact Exhibitor Activation.

The more extensively you fill your online profile in My Easyfairs, the more interesting information you share about your own organization prior to the event. This way you reach an interesting target group even before your actual participation.

When you log in to My Easyfairs as an exhibitor, you will see a timeline made up of various steps. If you go through all these steps and complete your profile completely, you will get the most return from your participation and My Easyfairs.
