We make it “easy” to book a stand, but also to present products and services in an attractive and clear manner during METAVAK. In this way you quickly come into contact with prospects and customers, so that you can easily do business. As an exhibitor of METAVAK you have full focus on your goals for the exhibition participation.
Below you will find an overview of all service parts we offer:
- Our exhibition organization and the Event Services team are always at your disposal and are happy to help you during the set-up, the event and the dismantling.
- At METAVAK, as an exhibitor you receive a completely assembled, finished and cleaned stand unit: floor space, walls, a sign with your name, lighting through duo spotlights and floor covering.
- During your participation, you and your relations can make free use of the catering on the various terraces on the exhibition floor.
- There is ample parking for you and your relations in our parking lot.
- Use the Visit Connect Tool.
- Prior to your participation, the METAVAK organization offers you various resources to promote your trade fair participation so that you reach the right target group during the event.
- Make free use of our Invitation Service: 65% of visitors enter via the Easyfairs Invitation Service. You save all the time and (layout and printing) costs that you would normally spend on such an invitation card! We will mention your company name in the postal invitation. This makes it clear to your customer that you are personally inviting him/her. Contacts who also appear in our e-mail database will not receive a postal item, but an e-mail with a unique registration code. Your company name is also prominently displayed in this email.
