BAL-1000 RVS Badbeits is a ready-to-use pickling agent intended for the contents of a pickling bath in which the products are immersed. This is used, among other things, to remove oxides from welds or large surfaces. The final aesthetic result is a matt appearance of the stainless steel.

The bath pickling does not leave rings and has a very high yield. The bath pickling is suitable for filling or strengthening a pickling bath.

Pickling without skull

A new generation of innovative pickling products marks an advance, in which no more toxic hazard symbols or skulls can be found on the packaging. This represents a significant improvement in the field of safety and health for users, compared to traditional pickling products. The products in this advanced line are available as pickling paste, spray pickling, bath pickling, degreaser and passivating agent. The speed of action is almost identical to that of the usual pickling products, while the end result remains the same.

Why bath pickling?

Bath stain is used, among other things, to stain exteriors that are difficult to reach with a weld seam cleaner or spray stain. During immersion in a stain bath, the surface treatment is automated, in contrast to other staining techniques where the color differences have to be stained manually. During immersion in immersion stain, the user can perform other actions.
